Leather is the commonly used material. They are durable and long lasting. Most of the designs made out of these materials are sleek and stylish. � Lambskin- They are known for their natural insulating abilities. On top of that, it is also good for warm weather because they allow are air permeable, meaning your hands can breathe within. They are also like leather and can be used to make gauntlet motorcycle gloves as well.


There are also materials used called Kevlar. They are of non-leather variation, which means they are synthetic. They are commonly used for jackets but they can also be made into gloves. They are known for their strength and they can also be reliable for protection of your hands depending on it engineering. Most of them are not waterproof, so you can actually use covers if you want to use them on rainy days. Pretty sure, there are other synthetic variations out there, like nylon and rubbers. Some bikers prefer them nowadays because of their improvements.
